Welcome to the world of Fontana Di Zumba! I am Vera Fontana, a drummer, and my passion is exercise, healthy living, and inspiring people. My business has been operating since January 2023, with the aim of making the positive effects of sports and regular exercise known to as wide a circle as possible.
I believe that sport is not just physical activity, but the key to physical and mental performance. Regular exercise slows down the aging process, improves lung capacity, concentration and body awareness. In addition, the team-building power of sport is invaluable, especially in workplace communities. My goal is to make the joy of exercise accessible to everyone, in a friendly and family atmosphere where everyone can feel at home. Personal attention, motivation and good mood are guaranteed.
We hold our daily training sessions in rented rooms in the 5th and 13th districts of Budapest, in easily accessible locations. We organize team builders and camps throughout the country, according to the needs of our clients.
